Kinh nghiệm cá nhân làm Lý lịch tư pháp tờ số 2 (TPHCM, Tháng 12/2016)
(1) Lên trang web của Sở Tư Pháp, điền thông tin vào form online. Sau khi điền xong sẽ download được một file Word và một Mã số (VD: 1234). In file Word ra, ký tên.

Nếu không điền online chắc là đến Sở tư pháp sẽ có đơn để điền, nhưng đã có form online nên làm trước, rất thuận tiện.
(2) Mang tờ đơn + passport (hoặc CMND) + hộ khẩu, cả bản gốc lẫn bản photo lên Sở Tư Pháp TPHCM (Số 141-143 Pasteur, Phường 6, Quận 3, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh)
Lưu ý: Nên photo passport và hộ khẩu trước khi tới. Ngay trước sở tư pháp chỉ có 1 chỗ photocopy với một cái máy khá xập xệ.
(3) Nộp giấy tờ, đóng tiền, nhận giấy hẹn.
Lưu ý: Nếu điền đơn online, nhớ ghi lại mã số (VD: 1234). Anh/chị ở quầy sẽ hỏi mã số này.
(4) Nếu có nhu cầu dịch ra tiếng Anh sẽ được chỉ ra một phòng khác gần cửa ra vào. Đóng tiền dịch tại phòng này.
Lưu ý: Theo hướng dẫn trên mạng, để làm lý lịch tư pháp tờ số 2, bạn phải đích thân lên nộp hồ sơ, không được nộp dùm. Không những thế bạn cũng phải là người nhận hồ sơ (có thể lên Sở nhận, hoặc gửi về nhà nhưng bạn cũng phải trình giấy tờ tùy thân khi nhận). Tất nhiên đó là quy định chứ còn làm ‘dịch vụ’ chắc khác nhiều.
Tôi về Sài Gòn làm nhưng không ở được tới ngày nhận nên đã đăng ký để họ gửi bản tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh qua Singapore.
