Blog đầu năm
Tự xông blog nào. ‘International chat conference’ vui thiệt. Mong một năm mới nhiều sức khỏe, may mắn và hạnh phúc cho gia đình và bạn bè. Còn mình sẽ tìm được việc tốt, bớt sân si, và một năm nào đó sẽ có một ngày Valentine nhiều ý nghĩa.

Tuyết mùa xuân
Sau khi đọc bài giới thiệu về phim này trên blog của tác giả Đông A, nhất là sau khi biết Yukisada cũng là đạo diễn phim “Go” mình mê mẩn một thời (mê mẩn hình tượng nam diễn viên trong đó, tất nhiên), chiều nay ta đã hăm hở lên thư viện xem Tuyết mùa xuân.
Coi xong thấy mệt quá. Chắc vì tâm thần không được ổn cho lắm nên không thấy được cái đẹp, cái tinh tế của câu chuyện. Một vài nét được thì tác giả bên trên đã viết rất hay rồi.
Chỉ thích chi tiết cuối phim, Kiyoaki ngắm nhìn màn tuyết lơ thơ ngoài cửa sổ. Bông tuyết rơi trên áo, trên mắt, cũng là khoảng thời gian hiếm hoi anh và Satoko ở bên nhau thật sự. Tình yêu khi ấy tự do.
Kiyoaki nghĩ rằng anh sẽ còn gặp lại Satoko. Tuyết có tan cũng sẽ hóa thành hoa anh đào nhắc nhở, gắn kết hai người về một mùa đông đã trở thành mãi mãi. Hoa anh đào có lẽ là tuyết mùa xuân trong trái tim của Kiyoaki, tràn đầy nuối tiếc và ân hận, mà vẫn chưa bao giờ thôi nhung nhớ Satoko.
Túm lại vẫn không thấy phim hay (tuy diễn viên đẹp chai), nếu chỉ coi một phim của Yukisada thì mình thấy “Go” sáng giá hơn.
Bài học riêng cho mình từ phim này là, là birth control practices are really important :D.
SpiritMakers
Our group had a meeting with Shawn, founder of SpiritMakers today. He’s a young, nice guy who started the company when he was 21. Now he’s 26, hm, I don’t wanna think of how old I am.
He does soft-skill training for primary and secondary schools in Singapore. Now managing his business though his website, mobile phone and … googledoc, he’s making money for bigger plans. I admire him a lot.
Thanks to him I get to know this website GeBIZ, Singapore government’s one-stop e-procurement portal. Shawn looks for his projects here. Do we have such a site? I’ll update this when I find out.
I also learnt today that students can go into Burger King, occupy a nice table, sit there for hours without ordering anything. Or only we do that?
Funny bone
I heard about this on radio on the way home. Here’s a quick look.
Have you ev
er hit the inside of your elbow in just the right spot and felt a tingling or prickly kind of dull pain? That’s your funny bone! It doesn’t really hurt as much as it feels weird. The “funny bone” got its nickname because of that funny feeling you get after you hit it.
But your funny bone isn’t actually a bone at all. Running down the inside part of your elbow is a nerve called the ulnar nerve. The ulnar nerve lets your brain know about feelings in your fourth and fifth fingers. It’s also one of the nerves that controls some movement of your hand.
You get that funny feeling when the ulnar nerve is bumped against the humerus (say: hyoo-muh-rus), the long bone that starts at your elbow and goes up to your shoulder. Tapping your funny bone doesn’t do any damage to your elbow, arm, or ulnar nerve. But it sure feels strange!
People sometimes mention the funny bone when they talk about their sense of humor. Maybe you’ve heard someone say “that really tickled my funny bone.” We’ll leave you with a joke and hope that it tickles yours:
