Morning: 10.5km Green Corridor Run. A very bad timing (1:26:07) but never mind 😛

Afternoon: Tin-bearer for Red Cross. Met a lot of nice people. A father, after giving money to his daughter to put into my tin, smiled at me and said “God bless you”. Not a Christian but I believe at that moment I’m truly blessed. Thank you.

Aching, but beautiful Sunday.
